Research Interest

I study how heterogeneous firms make decisions and how these decisions add up to aggregate outcomes. Using confidential firm-level data, notably through the CASD (Centre d’Accès Sécurisé aux Données), I work on productivity and market selection, product and factor market power, knowledge and innovation, digitization and the adoption of AI, and the green transition. A special focus is on documenting European strengths and weaknesses with respect to other regions of the world.
